Real visits and honest experiences

Review a Missouri dispensary you personally visited within the past year. You must be 21 or older. Describe service, pricing, menu accuracy, accessibility, or another part of that visit. Use a public nickname and keep your email private.

Positive and negative experiences are welcome. One confirmed review per store per calendar month is allowed. Do not submit a review for your employer, a business you own, a competitor, or a visit for which you received a review incentive. Fabricated visits, copied reviews, spam, and undisclosed conflicts are not allowed.

Confirmation and moderation

Before publication, confirm your email and wait for human moderation. Email confirmation is not proof of purchase; MOGanja does not label these reviews as verified purchases. Unconfirmed submissions and pending reviews do not affect the public rating.

Moderators apply the same rules to all ratings. A review may be rejected or removed for a policy violation such as spam, fabrication, a conflict of interest, harassment, threats, personal information, or material unrelated to a first-hand visit. A low score, criticism of a store, or the store’s payment status is not a removal reason.

We record a reason for each moderation decision. Reviews remain in plain text; moderation does not rewrite a shopper’s experience. Publication times vary; we do not promise an immediate approval.

Privacy and safe discussion

Do not include receipts, order identifiers, payment details, medical records, private contact details, or identifying information about other customers or staff. Describe the encounter without naming an individual staff member. Keep disputes factual and respectful.

Store responses

A verified owner of a claimed dispensary may submit a response to a published review of that store. Responses are moderated and labeled as coming from the dispensary. Owners cannot alter ratings, approve reviews, or remove criticism. Do not disclose customer information in a response.

Ratings and placement

The displayed MOGanja rating is the arithmetic mean of published, email-confirmed reviews collected directly here. We show the review count and keep external Google and Yelp ratings separate. A store with no published MOGanja reviews has no MOGanja star rating.

Featured listings do not change ratings, moderation decisions, or review visibility. We do not sell review removal or offer rewards for favorable reviews.

Reports, withdrawal, and appeals

Use the policy-report control on a review to flag a concern. Reporting alone does not automatically remove a review. A moderator assesses it under this policy.

After confirming, you can manage your review on that browser for 30 days: see its status and reason, withdraw it, or appeal a rejection. To correct a review, access another review, recover an expired management session, or raise a store concern, contact dmt@moganja.com. We verify identity or authority before changing someone’s submission.
