How to Identify Legal Products
- ✓ Look for DCR license numbers on packaging (DIS, MAN, CUL, TES prefixes)
- ✓ All packaging must be child-resistant
- ✓ No cartoon characters, candy mimics, or designs appealing to children
- ✓ Products must have a “Verified Dispensary” decal visible at point of sale
- ✓ Lab testing results should be available for every product
